About Base64
Veterans of scale.
Advocates for local.
Base64 Marketing & AI Consulting was founded to bridge the gap between enterprise-grade technology and local service business operations across Chicago. We've been doing this work since 2016, first as a sole proprietorship, and formalized as an LLC in early 2026.
Our team has worked at startups, consulted with AI startups, worked at a marketing agency, and worked at a non-profit serving individual investors.
That contrast became impossible to ignore. We saw firsthand how localized, blue-collar operations were being completely left behind by modern technology. While SaaS companies were deploying AI to automate everything, local tradesmen and storefronts were still drowning in manual dispatching, missed calls, and paper invoices.
We come from a family of small business owners. We know what it looks like: late nights catching up on invoices, missed dinners because a client needed something right now, and knowing you could grow faster if you just had better systems in place.
AI and automation used to be expensive luxuries reserved for tech giants. We built Base64 Marketing & AI Consulting to change that. Your plumbing business, roofing company, storefront, or restaurant deserves the exact same operational leverage as the Fortune 500.
Your website shouldn't be a cheap template, and your operations shouldn't rely on manual data entry. We bring years of deep software engineering and full-stack marketing experience directly to your dispatch, booking, and lead-gen systems. We build systems that are affordable, accessible, and designed to give you your time back so you can focus on the work that actually matters.
