SMS & Phone Opt-In Policy

Important: Providing your phone number and opting into SMS/phone communications is completely optional.

Consent for Calls

If you provide your phone number and opt in, you authorize Base64 to contact you at that number. Where required, we will obtain your prior express written consent for telemarketing calls and texts. You can request we stop calling you by contacting us at the email/phone above.

Carriers and Service Providers

We may use third-party providers to deliver messages and route calls. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. We do not sell your personal information. We use your phone number and related communication data to provide and improve our services as described in our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

By opting in, you confirm you are the authorized user of the phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
